For bookings made within 6 weeks of commencement the total amount of rental including security deposit (returnable) will be due at the time of booking.

Provisional bookings can be made by telephone or e mail and a confirmation of booking and receipt will be sent in the post once the deposit payment is received complete with booking form. To receive your booking form please e-mail/telephone us and we will send by return.

If during your stay you are celebrating an anniversary or birthday, then we can arrange for champagne, chocolates, flowers, wine or basket of fruit to be placed in Merrivale Barn prior to your arrival.
